Here is a balanced Windows 11 Pro x64 24H2 LiteOS build based on the latest build from August 2025. I will say right away that all the necessary updates are integrated, so there will be no problems with security, and the new software will install normally, I have personally tested it on more than one PC. What I like about this customized iso with Windows 11 Pro in Russian and activation without a key plus quick installation even on a laptop, they didn’t start fussing and remaking the entire system to suit their personal wishes. They just took it and cleaned it of the trash. I think, you know, it happens often, you install Windows, and there’s a bunch of all sorts of nonsense pre-installed. So here this is not the case, it’s perfect for the home, and at work it’s quite possible to use it; I haven’t discovered any glitches yet.
✅ We cleaned the system via DISM and if anyone doesn’t know, this is a thing from Microsoft for setting up images. In short, everything has been seriously done, the files are in place, nothing is broken. They threw out the metro apps (does anyone actually use them?) but they brought back the old photo viewer, which was still in the seven, I think you remember it. NET Framework, all versions have been installed and any program will run.
✅ The image contains only Professional Windows 11 Rus 64 bit light edition. Well, why else I don’t know. The Professional version can do everything, even if you’re at home on YouTube or fiddling around with documents at work. Hyper-V is there, remote access works, BitLocker is also in place if you need to encrypt anything. To be honest, the Home version is not needed at all, it just creates confusion. The interface was also tweaked a bit. We already got this UAC with its own windows, it was configured so that it wouldn’t irritate us, but it didn’t create any security holes. The Start menu has become more vibrant, all advertising has been thrown out of there. By the way, you can move the taskbar wherever you want, I’m used to it at the bottom, but my wife puts it on the side. They added the old Paint and the usual calculator, the new brakes are just off-putting.
✅ By the way, I forgot to write, it installs without any problems with TPM and Secure Boot, I have a 2018 computer, so the new Windows 11 sends it to hell in the database. And I installed this image and works even on an ancient laptop that is already 12 years old. Iso weighs a little, and everything you need is included, download via torrent from the link below.

⚙️ List of system requirements for a quick start of a customized Win 11 Rus x64 LiteOS:

• SecureBoot and TPM 2.0 are not required for operating system installation
• Internet is required to start, without it via the OOBEBYPASSNRO command (caps)
• Processor with two cores from two gigahertz, 64-bit support is required
• RAM of at least two gigabytes
• The hard drive must have at least 15 GB of free space
• DX9-12 support from video card

Was integrated:

• NET Framework 3.5 of the popular version is built in, a must-have thing is present everywhere. Half of my old software won’t start without it. A friend of mine has all sorts of accounting programs and old toys that refuse to work correctly, and with this the problem disappears. • The photo viewer from the seven has been returned, because the new one called “Photos” really infuriates me, and judging by the reviews, it’s not just me. You open a 100 kilobyte image, and it thinks for about five seconds, even through an SSD. The old viewer is just there, you click and you immediately see the photo, you scroll through it with the wheel, everything flies

Was removed:

• All metro apps. I already asked the question above, does anyone really seriously use it on a regular basis? I understand that some are still possible, but in general almost everything is complete rubbish, and things like “Weather” or “News”, they only eat up RAM and constantly download something in the background, I have a browser, if you need news there I can look at it
• Defender, also known as Defender, is a very controversial point, but I always install a normal antivirus and more often I just work in a sandbox with dubious programs. And the defender only slows down the system, especially when the disk is scanning, it’s a disaster on the HDD, if there’s not enough memory, you’ll wait at least a minute for something to start. Install Kaspersky or NOD32, it’s a completely better alternative
• There is also no SmartScreen and this is another so-called “defender” that blocks normal programs, including, let’s say you decide to download a cracked Photoshop, but it doesn’t let you run, it’s terribly annoying
• WindowsMail I think you won’t grieve, I don’t know who checks the mail through the built-in application. Everyone has a browser open with Gmail or Yandex, in fact it only takes up space
• WindowsUpdate automatic is generally very annoying when the computer decides to update itself at the wrong time. You’re sitting there working, and he’s like, “reboot in 15 minutes.” Now this won’t happen, I wanted to update manually, I didn’t want to, you can work quietly
• EdgeChromium is an Edge browser, of course it has become much better, I won’t even argue with that, but I have Chrome and Yasha, who integrated it here to work with foreign services without dancing, otherwise you know the problems we have had in recent years, it’s also much easier to work with a bunch of bookmarks and passwords
• The Xbox app is of no use if the non-gamer doesn’t need it at all. But gamers still use Steam, I think few people use this service, especially since it doesn’t work normally in the Russian Federation due to sanctions
• Store is also known as the Application Store… well, that’s it. We still download all normal programs from official sites and our site, including activation keys and cracks. But if you suddenly need it (I hope not), you can return it with one command via PowerShell – enter wsreset -i and wait, it will return. You just need to run it as an administrator, the store will return
• OneDrive personally has always annoyed me, it constantly interferes with its synchronization. I have my own NAS at home or I use Yandex.Disk on occasion. OneDrive only creates confusion, sometimes the files are in the cloud, sometimes on disk, sometimes it’s not clear where at all, who actually has access to them is not clear, plus it requires money, plus it’s slow, plus it doesn’t work well in the Russian Federation.
• Hyper-V is certainly cool, but who uses it at home? I really don’t know anyone like that among my friends, maybe you have one or you yourself, this is a big rarity, who needs to install VMware or VirtualBox from our website you can download it for free

In general, the result is a really clean system and I’m glad about it, everything has been neatly changed, without any major backlogs. You launch it and nothing unnecessary hangs, the RAM is free, the disk does not rustle constantly, everything is like the good old days? when you installed Windows and you work, and don’t constantly fight with it, I’m happy, I advise you to take a closer look at this release.

💬 Build activation:

You’ve probably noticed that we leave built-in activators less and less often in assemblies. All because of distrust in them, although these activators have been tested far and wide by everyone, plus their authors are not from the street but have a long-standing reputation, and you, the users, not all of them, of course, still don’t trust them. Of course, you can use the key for Windows 11 if you have one, but not everyone can do this. In general, to satisfy the needs of both those who need registration and those who do not, there is an assistant file on the desktop, so to speak. There are instructions inside, following it you will activate your operating system using the safest, proven and best method without hassle or problems in the future, without changing system files. I choose this method and advise everyone, but you have the right to decide for yourself who is against it, just delete it, erase the text document and forget it, it doesn’t leave any more traces except the desktop, so you don’t have to look for tails.

💬 Creating a bootable USB flash drive:

There are still users who do not understand how to install the assembly. Many people think that you can simply update an existing one, and in general yes, but no, the method is not the best, at best you will catch an error right away, and at worst later, after all the settings, which will be sadder of course. To install the OS you need a flash drive, we write the image there, we launch from it, install the assembly, that’s it. The details are as follows, I advise you to create a flash drive through the UltraISO program – launch it, select the iso image that you downloaded above via torrent or below via direct distribution, then in the menu select Bootstrap – Burn disk image – the window we see there the flash drive is already selected, just select Record, wait for completion, after the flash drive is ready. We reboot the computer, press the F12 button at the moment of startup, the so-called boot menu appears, there you need to select our flash drive, it will start immediately, we see the system logo, agree with the rules, select the disk partition where you need to unpack the files, that’s all, then the reboot will happen again and the OS will start, enter a name there, set a password if desired, agree with the rules, here is the desktop in front of you, you can start working right away.
✅Most of you will not need additional drivers after launch, the system itself will pick up what you need for all equipment, you can start working immediately. If you have equipment for which drivers will not be found, and this may happen if you have a very old laptop, I advise you to prepare them in advance by downloading them via the Internet and recording them on a flash drive with the operating system. Sometimes the wireless network on laptops falls off, this is a standard story, don’t worry, everything can be fixed. In general, the assembly is ready to work immediately on any equipment, of course, not something that is twenty years old is simply physically difficult to do. Anyone who has an SSD drive will be surprised at the speed, I understand that there are not one or ten lightweight assemblies on the site, all of them, plus or minus, are the same in operation, this one was no exception, it is likely that I would classify it in that five for sure.

💬 To summarize:

What do we get as a result? An excellent workhorse without any show-offs or whistles. Balanced for maximum performance, Windows 11 Pro x64 Rus Light version is a super option for the average person who just wants to turn on the computer and work, and not figure out why something is slowing down or updating again. The main advantage of the assembly is that it really flies. I have an old laptop with 4 gigs of RAM, it worked like a spinning top, it loads in 15-20 seconds, programs open instantly. No background processes that load the processor.
If you move from seven or ten, then it’s a fairy tale. Everything familiar is in place, there is no need to relearn anything. The photo viewer is old, the calculator is ordinary, there are no fancy applications with animations. You can install it on any hardware, even if the computer thinks that it is already old and it’s time for it to go into the trash. And everything will be fine with security. Install any antivirus you like and sleep peacefully. Moreover, security updates can still be installed manually whenever it is convenient for you.
